EMR Implementation Project Manager

We are looking to expand our team with an EMR Implementation Project Manager.

This position will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing a plan to implement electronic medical record (EMR) and medical billing software (PMS) for healthcare facilities
• Manage 5-15 implementation plans simultaneously through an implementation cycle
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provides a single point of contact for projects.
• Maintain 75% billable utilization and manage implementation issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals. This position interacts with customers onsite.

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Arts or science degree required.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to plan a project and operate within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired results.
• Healthcare, medical group operations and/or medical billing experience or knowledge preferred.
• Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive tasks and to ensure their timely completion.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with eClinicalworks/AllScripts/NextGen or another EMR implementation system is highly desirable.
