EMR Implementation Specialist (FILLED)

This position will be responsible for:

• Assessing current work flows and providing recommendations based on individual office needs.
• Customizing the software based on documents and information collected.
• Training office staff and providers on all aspects of the EMR software including template customizations.
• Assisting providers and their staff in addressing the variety of challenges they face with successfully adopting and using EMR technologies.
• Providing client and the project manager with documentation summarizing the activities, issues and outstanding items after each visit.
• Providing pre and post “go live” support and coaching.
• Experience with Project Management a plus.
